B2C Sales Representative: Digital Healthcare for UK Market (m/f/d)

As a B2C Sales Representative: Digital Healthcare for UK Market, you will act as a Patient Care Adviser. You are at the very centre of our vision to raise the standard of healthcare by making it more personal and caring. You will work towards KPIs in this D2C Sales-based role while also ensuring each and every patient receives the highest standard of service and support while you seamlessly manage their entire journey from the initial call to six weeks post-procedure. You help our patients to make the best choice for their health.
What you will do
  • Be the main point of contact for patients, ensuring the smooth running of their entire patient journey
  • Inform, guide and support patients throughout their treatment journeys via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Manage a varied workload, including building and maintaining numerous personal relationships with patients simultaneously
  • Work closely with the Operations team to coordinate and schedule medical procedures and all other appointments for your patients 
  • Work in a target-driven environment toward meeting your individual and team targets
  • Proactively find solutions to problems in order to support the team’s goals and improve our ways of working and caring for our patients
Who you are
  • You write and speak English to a native level (no German skills required)
  • You have 1+ years of experience in a sales-based role (Note: the patient care role itself is not a traditional sales role, but skills in this area are very much key to success)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with impeccable time management and organisational skills
  • You have the ability to think on your feet and a willingness to adapt and develop
  • You can always maintain a caring but professional demeanour even in difficult conversations with patients
  • You can communicate clearly, openly, and respectfully with your colleagues, manager, and other departments
  • You have a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset at work every day
  • You are receptive to feedback from peers and management
  • You hold a valid working permit for Germany

Total duration: 1-2 weeks

  1. Screening: After you submit your application materials we will review them to gauge if they meet our requirements. We aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
  2. Talent Partner call: If you pass the initial screening we will be in touch to schedule an initial video call. The goal of this interview is to learn more about you and what you are looking for. This call is also an opportunity for you to learn more about Medbelle and the role so that we can both evaluate if there is a mutual fit.
  3. Team Lead Interview: If this all goes well, we will be in touch to schedule a face-to-face interview with two Patient Care Team Leads, which will allow you to show how your experience will help you contribute to the role and department. This interview will include a short case study.
  4. Cultural Addition interview: Your final conversation will be be more of a personal chat with one of our colleagues. It aims to ensure that you will be a great addition to our team and will feel at home here, whilst getting a better feel as to whether we are the right company for you.
